TREMOR

Battle Miles TREMOR is 4 miles of running, heavy sandbag carries and sandbag over the shoulders. 

CHALLENGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Equipment needed: Strongman style sandbag (150lbs men/100lbs women).

COMPETITION STANDARD

Every mile for 4 miles stop and perform:

- 50ft sandbag bearhug carry (150lbs men/100lbs women)

- 4 reps sandbag over the shoulders

- 50ft sandbag bearhug carry

PENALTY NOTE: If at any point during the sandbag carry the sandbag touches the ground then the required reps for sandbag over the shoulder requirement increase by 2!

FINISHER MEDAL & PATCH

Bombard comes with a 2.5" unique dogtag finisher medal and finisher patch. Once your finisher packet arrives, open after race to celebrate. The top overall finisher of every race will receive an additional 1st place medal.

REGISTRATION

Once you purchase a packet or entry, your name is automatically added to our registration list and you may race immediately. Finisher packet's containing a finisher medal will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. Please note only one (1) result submission per race purchase.

LEADERBOARDS & AWARDS

Battle Miles is the most competitive online running community in the world. Once you submit results to our leaderboard, you are competing against other runners around the world for 1st place and access to our championship. Leaderboards are posted the end of each month. This gives runners time to submit results and our judges time to heavily audit result submissions. 

example, all submissions for January will post to the leaderboards on February 1st.
