Had a great time with the 5k Tribute. Great challenge and I'm looking forward to the 10k next week!

First time wearing a weighted vest, but will get used to it and improve from where I started!

Best virtual race series I have found. Awesome challenges and a great online community!

I have ordered a 3 race bundle (5 Miler, 5k Tribute and Ascension) at the end of october. Today, 08th december, my parcel came after my hardest challenge: To wait ;-)
When I came from work the first thing I did was choice a battle race and start.
I can't wait longer ;-)
This was my first run ever with a weighted vest. It was exhausting but it worked fine and now I'm a proud battle race finisher! :-D
Jeremy M.
Loved this one. Didnt realize how much more work the extra weight added. Next the 10k tribute!!!!
Jaimee H.
Battle Miles is what I've been looking for! 5km Tribute is just the start, next 10km Tribute! A hard fought, hard won medal that means much more to me than any other virtual medal I have! Bring it on!
Ed S.
Been working on getting healthy and virtual runs have been a great help but the battle miles add a whole other level of motivation. The 5k tribute was great doing the 10k next and hope to start the genesis series once I can do a burpee without hurting myself. Got a ways to go but I’m definitely hooked on the battle miles runs.
James R.
It was alot more challenging than I was expecting but fun. I'm def going to have to train harder to complete the other tributes! Love these things!
Bryan R.
I started late in the afternoon, hopeing the heat would not be so bad; The clouds came out and solved that for me!
When I first started training I ran with no extra weight, now I use the added weight as a training tool year round! That became a game-changer for me!
I finished in 41 minutes! A 5k normally takes me 29-30 minutes; It was a better result than I expected!
Christopher E.
I hate burpees so much, but I love a challenge, and the bling, so I have to now complete every Battle Miles challenge, and show off my medals
Andrew P.
I was looking to do something challenging that wasn’t just your run of the mill virtual race. Battle Miles provided just that. Great races, awesome medals, and fab support from the Battle Miles community online and the support team.
Donald H.
Another great race.

This was my first race with Battle Miles, and it was a good one. I did not get a finisher picture as I did the race on my 47th birthday and had not gotten the package yet. I thought it would be a little bit hard, I hab been walking a 5k already, man was I in for a suprise, I did finish the race and knew that even though it was harder than I thought it would be, I was going to continue with these races.
James H.
Had an awesome day running, weather was great. First time loading up 20lbs for a run. My hips really felt it.
Josh H.
3d Fastest 5K (28:22) & this one had a 20lb vest on. Go figure lol. Battle Miles has really stepped their game up with the variety of races that will challenge ANY fitness level. Next up (Wednesday) is the 6K Tribute
Beth O.
Was an awesome experience using a vest for the first time!! Loved it and plan to do more!!
Timothy M.
Great run. Love the medal and the patch. It’s definitely a nice challenge adding a 20lbs weight vest to the 10K. I’ll definitely be doing more Battle Mile races!
Sterling S.
Was introduced by a friend. I enjoy how Battle Miles shakes up the way virtual races are done. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge.
Timothy J.
5k are usually easy for me. But this one is particular really pushed me. I'm glad I did it and definitely gave me a challenge!
Lorraine S.
I’ve done this one twice. Once on my own and once with a friend for moral support after I convinced her to do it haha. I love Weighted runs and challenges of of any kind! Looking forward to getting my swag (I live in Western Canada, so shipping seems to take forever). Will definitely join other races in the future!
Richard K.
I rucked with a 25 lb backpack at Matthiessen State Park. Temperature was high but there was plenty of shade and a cool breeze on the hike. The challenge was great and I had fun participating. The medal looks really cool.
Reanna G.
This challenges reminded me of off season in college athletics. It was a great challenge and I can't wait to try more.
Charles G.
Fun race. I live in a area with all hills. I should have done on the flat. It got pretty rough on the hills. Thanks!
Samuel J.
Wearing the vest was a real game changer for me. In fact, I bought the vest for this race, but use it all the time now. The medal was really nice too. It’s currently hanging in my truck. Great challenge and a great race!

Ran this race on memorial day weekend, felt like no time was better than that weekend. Wonderful race that had me dig deep and reignite the fire to train for my next half marathon. Made my workout more intense while giving me a gritty feel to remember what out armed forces does day in and day out. Looking forward to tackling the other races soon!
Justin D.
I wasn't prepared for this race, but I did it anyway. I felt extremely fulfilled and would definitely do it again to get a better time!
Drew
You definitely earn these bad boys!
This was my first weight run. It was tough, but awesome. I'm now going to incorporate weighted runs into my workout routines. I've purchased the Tribute 10k and Tribute Half bring them on!
If you're looking to push yourself, you must give a Tribute a try.
Ray P.
Tribute 5k was a great new challenge and different from your typical VR. Love the medal and the patch is a great addition to my bag! #BattleMiles #TeamRWB
Danny C.
I was looking for a fun new challenge, so I decided to do the 5K Tribute. I haven’t run with a weight vest in a long time and it kicked my butt! Such a fun challenge though. The medal and patch are sweet! I’m already signing up for more races!
Erik D.
Got word about the Battle Mile virtual races a few weeks back. I had gotten a 20lb vest because of training to do the Murph workout. Decided to try the 20lb 5k tribute run. First time running a 5k with extra 20lbs, I could feel that weight but it was awesome to get it done! The medal and patch are fantastic!
John G.
Completed the 5k Tribute with my 20# vest today! I walked a half-marathon wearing it a year ago, but never tried sustained running until today. Looking forward to needing my walker or wheelchair tomorrow.
Thomas P.
Tribute Series! Simply awesome! Game changer running with 20lb weight vest. Love the challenge presented with this series!
Brett M.
Just want to start of by saying I am Beyond ecstatic with battlemile on how they developed they’re racing with incorporating a work out to challenge you every mile. I have done so many virtual races out there but yet I haven’t found one that challenges me like Battlemile. Battlemile gives me the same experience like how I get an OCR. One of the greatest things that I appreciate from Battlemile is that they will not tolerate cheaters. Just because they hold us to a higher standard and won’t allow children to occur in the race industry is why I keep coming back for more punishment and Also to obtain the first place “hell to the king” medal
Tony B.
Always fun and always a challenge! Battle Miles keeps me motivated!
Kyle B.
Loved the challenge!! Second time ever running with a weighted vest and had a blast. Definitely a new challenge but very rewarding afterwords. Now focusing on the 10k definitely love this group of people!
Jose R.
Always fun running with a vest, 5K tribute run was so much fun, now on to the 10K. Thank You Battle Miles for adding weighted runs love doing them.
John M.
I love rucking and running. This is an awesome way to challenge yourself and cross the two together.
