RACE INSTRUCTIONS

How to perform a dead man burpee?

Begin as you would with a standard burpee. During the phase where you’re in a push-up position, drop your body to the floor and extend your arms and legs so your body is compressed against the floor. Now, place your arms back on the floor, do a push-up, and complete the exercise. This takes the momentum out of the traditional burpees.

START

  Run 1 mile
- 12 dead man burpees
Run 1 mile
- 9 dead man burpees
Run 1.1 mile
- 6 dead man burpees

FINISH

Open finisher packet, then submit results to our leaderboard.

FINISHER MEDAL 

Rundown comes with a 2" unique dog tag. Once your finisher packet arrives, open after race to celebrate. The top overall finisher of every race will receive an additional 1st place medal.

Once you purchase a packet or entry, your name is automatically added to our registration list and you may race immediately. Finisher packet's containing a finisher medal will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. Please
