Shipping rates

Battle Miles is operated out of North Carolina, United States. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40.00. Additional expedited shipping services are available and calculated at checkout. 

Shipping time

The Battle Miles team attempts to have all orders in the fulfillment process within 72 hours of purchase. However, fulfillment of your order may take up to 7 business days due to staff or inventory delays. 

Once packages have been accepted with the delivery carrier, an estimated delivery date should be provided by the carrier within 48 hours. We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date due to carrier delays and errors.

If your tracking remains in 'Pre-Shipment' status for more than 7 business days please contact the Battle Miles team at support@battlemiles.com

Lost/delayed packages

Battle Miles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend working with the specific delivery service to locate missing or delayed packages. If you do not receive your order within 21 days, you can contact us at support@battlemiles.com for additional assistance.

International 

Shipping rates

Battle Miles does accept International orders, however, participants are responsible for all shipping related costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on participants location.
Battle Miles is NOT responsible for any fees or taxes related to customs, import/export, VAT tax, etc. If a package is unable to be delivered and is returned due to fees unpaid, no shipping related fees will be refunded.
