Refund policy

Returns
All items are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the marked delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was when you received it, and must also be in it's original packaging. You will be responsible for all return costs associated with return shipping. 

You must contact us at Support@BattleMiles.com to start your return.

All items must be returned to the below address and a tracking number must be provided to support@battlemiles.com.

Refunds  
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet requirements listed above and must be packaged and accepted by a delivery service within 45 days of marked delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Access to funds is dependent upon the financial institutions hold policies. 

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email at support@battlemiles.com with supporting photos of the defect or damage. If approved, a replacement is mailed out within 5 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it will take to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days of refund notification, first check your account again. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@battlemiles.com.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is unable to be delivered and is successfully returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping expense. To avoid failed deliveries, double check delivery addresses before submitting payment for your items.
