RACE INFO

BARRAGE is an onslaught of 5 workouts every mile for 5 miles utilizing a street curb or step up platform (4" inch height required). Runners are required to wear a 20lb weight vest or back pack. Runners are also required to perform the following after every mile:

• 20 Step ups

• 20 Jump ups

• 20 Air squats

• 20 Lunges (10 each leg)

• 20 Mountain climbers (10 each leg)

  
  

It's important that every runner practice and memorize the workouts in order as expected for this race.

FINISHER MEDAL

Barrage comes with a 2.5" unique dogtag finisher medal. Once your finisher packet arrives, open after race to celebrate. The top overall finisher of every race will receive an additional 1st place medal.

REGISTRATION

Once you purchase a packet or entry, your name is automatically added to our registration list and you may race immediately. Finisher packet's containing a finisher medal will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. Please note only one (1) result submission per race purchase.

LEADERBOARDS & AWARDS

Battle Miles is the most competitive online running community in the world. Once you submit results to our leaderboard, you are competing against other runners around the world for 1st place and access to our championship. Leaderboards are posted the end of each month. This gives runners time to submit results and our judges time to heavily audit result submissions. 

example, all submissions for January will post to the leaderboards on February 1st.
