As much of a mental challenge as it is a physical challenge. Each mile running is preparation for the 100 burpees. From there, the utmost focus is required to get through all the burpees before repeating the process three more times. A sense of peace is achieved when completing as the suffering will be over.

This race is a mental and physical challenge to really push yourself and the reward is an unbeatable sense of accomplishment!!

Took on this race for the First time, as a part of the 2020 Battle Miles World Championship!...Brutal Race, that definitely pushes you to your limits!! ☠

After having all my monthly races cancelled due to covid, I decided to take on as many OCR style virtual races, and let's just say I tried a lot! From Spartan to Rugged Maniac, and BATTLE MILES have by far been the best and most authentic!
I have slowly been working my way up to the Impossible Race, and I hope that my stubbornness gets me through it!

So, Downfall. Waited for the perfect November chill to complete this challenge. 4 miles seem so unseeming...however...they were sorely needed as "burpee recovery time"!! Thank you Battle Miles for this one, it definitely is a boundary-pusher and top class virtual challenge.

This was a tough one. I trained for a few weeks to get ready, but in the end I just had to grind it out. Feels good to get this one accomplished. Great challenge, thanks Battle Miles!!!

This is one race that will challenge you mentally as well as physically. Steady consistent pace and you can conquer it! Never imagined I could do half the things Battle Miles has gotten me to do!! Best virtual races!! Looking forward to the next one!

I bought this challenge for my boyfriend and I to keep our workouts and running exciting. Downfall definitely did that, it was a challenge also very exciting for us when we finished. Thank you Battle Miles for the experience. Now on to the next challenge.

Fantastic workout. Love Battle Miles.

I feel so pumped that I was able to finish this. I didn't think I would do it but I did. Running about 5 miles and a half plus doing the 100 burpees each mile. The last 100 burpees was tough to complete the 400 burpees. Felt like a million bucks accomplishing this. Thank you Battle Miles for these challenging events.

I really didn’t think I could do it but I did. I’m glad that I had the opportunity to do this virtually because now I have the courage to try a real race. This was challenging and rewarding.

Downfall was epic. Really pushed me to my limits in a way that other races haven't. No matter how you break 'em up or count 'em, 400 burpees is a sh**-ton of burpees. Awesome race.

A simple but azz kicking workout. Running 4 miles is simple. Doing 100 burpees after each mile not so simple lol. Effective for sure. I didn’t feel like getting back up after my 400th burpee so I took a pic from ground level & laid there for a bit. Enjoy! Way to kick our azz Battle Miles!!!!

This sets the bar. 4 miles, 400 burpees. Enough said. Stop reading this and get to it.

I have ordered and completed most of the Battle Miles product offerings and I am hooked. I happened to focus on Downfall and Siege as I found them to be one of the more difficult races beyond the Death Race and the now 'Impossible Race'. The products are awesome, the support is great and the team running the organization cares about their products, the racers and the community. They are engaged and helpful. Highly recommended.

I fell down & got back up again w/ 2 squats in between...400 times while running 4 miles. It was brutally awesome.

My first virtual race with Battle Miles was a great challenge and the dog tag medal is really nice too! I have recommended it to others to try, it was a fun experience.

I had a blast with this race! It really pushed me with my mental toughness and also pushing my body to new limits. I definitely learned from this race and would definitely do it again!

These races are very deceptive. I'm looking at the information, and, 400 burpees? I've heard worse. 4 miles? I've done plenty, so what's the harm? All of it actually. I was sore for days after, but I'm so glad I got a chance to do this race! This race definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and has made me mentally and physically stronger after it was all said and done! This race is good to get a break from the repetitive cycle of staying at home with little to do. Everyone who's up for a challenge needs to look at this race! Thank you.
