RACE INSTRUCTIONS

Run 3.1 miles stop and perform: 5 air squats, 5 burpees, 5 push-ups every mile. Reps increase by 10 reps every mile (5, 15, 25 reps). 

START

Run 1 mile

Perform 5 Air Squats, 5 Burpees, 5 push-ups.

Run 1 mile

Perform 15 Air Squats, 15 Burpees, 15 push-ups.

Run 1.1 miles

Perform 25 Air Squats, 25 Burpees, 25 push-ups.

FINISH

Open finisher packet, then submit results to our leaderboard.

FINISHER MEDAL & PATCH

Silent Night comes with a 2" unique dog tag and finisher patch. Once your finisher packet arrives, open after race to celebrate. The top overall finisher of every race will receive an additional 1st place medal.

REGISTRATION

Once you purchase a packet or entry, your name is automatically added to our registration list and you may race immediately. Finisher packet's containing a finisher medal will ship 1-2 business days after purchase. Please

note only one (1) result submission per race purchase.

LEADERBOARDS & AWARDS

Battle Miles is the most competitive online running community in the world. Once you submit results to our leaderboard, you are competing against other runners around the world for 1st place and access to our championship. Leaderboards are posted the end of each month. This gives runners time to submit results and our judges time to heavily audit result submissions. 

example, all submissions for January will post to the leaderboards on February 1st.
